My Story
I launched my first Amazon product with $3,000 and zero idea what I was doing. I overpaid for inventory, wrote bad listings, and got crushed by fees I never calculated properly. That first product lost money.
But I studied obsessively. Product two broke even. Product three made money. By year two I had a six-figure run rate — and I’d also learned the hard way exactly how much of that revenue Amazon was quietly keeping in fees, ads, and overlooked costs.
That’s the whole reason FBA Profit Master exists. I built the audit I wished someone had run on my account years earlier. Now I run the same line-by-line teardown on other sellers’ P&Ls — because the leak is almost never where you think it is.
